The Haymount Truck Stop, Fayetteville's innovative food truck hub, is nearing completion and set to open on Nov. 24. Located at 100 Broadfoot Ave., the concept provides a reliable, semi-permanent space for local food trucks. Owner Jordan Sherrod envisioned a vibrant patio area where people can gather and enjoy diverse food options.
The unique layout accommodates a rotating schedule of food trucks in the front, surrounded by ample seating throughout the premises. This concept required collaboration with local authorities to establish a new ordinance allowing food truck courts as a primary use.
Inside, guests can explore a 22-tap bar featuring a variety of cocktails and non-alcoholic drinks. The bar's selection will rotate, with input from the community. Additional features include a back patio and an arcade lounge available for event rentals.
The grand opening on Black Friday invites the community to experience this one-of-a-kind establishment, open throughout the week. Applications for food trucks to join the rotation are still open. Stay updated on featured food trucks through the company's website and Instagram page.
